Hammer’s Mountain Patrol & Services was built around a simple idea: mountain property owners need more than a service provider — they need a dependable local team they can trust. Our Story

Hammer’s has been caring for homes in Lake Arrowhead since 1996. What began through years of property maintenance experience grew into a broader vision for local home watch, patrol, and concierge-style support — leading to the creation of Hammer’s Mountain Patrol.

Over the years, the business has grown by staying focused on what property owners actually need: dependable local oversight, practical help, and real peace of mind. In a mountain community where weather, vacancy, guests, and seasonal upkeep can all create challenges, having trusted people nearby makes all the difference.
