Exterior checks include inspecting for broken tree limbs, debris and any structural issues. All house checks are recorded on a security log.

FREE when you sign up for our Gold level of service. Normally this is a $39 monthly fee when you subscribe to our Bronze level of service.

We keep a copy of your key in our key vault. We manage the signing in and out of this key with your authorized home contractors.

Avoid porch pirates! We happily bring your delivered packages into your house. Or if you prefer, you can send packages to our address and we will ensure their safety. This can also be an option when you need someone to sign for receipt of your package.
